Bonn Na Cnoc is available to rent for most of the year. Entry to the cottage will be from 16:00 on booking date and guests are required to vacate the cottage by 10:00 on the day of leaving. Short-stay bookings may be available at short notice. Always get in touch if looking for somewhere at short-notice as several weeks are kept for ourselves, but sometimes go unused because of work or other commitments. The number of people occupying the cottage should not exceed the number of beds available. Sub-letting is strictly prohibited.  Bookings are secured by receipt of a deposit commensurate with the length of stay. The amount of deposit will be communicated to you prior to any request for payment. We will require the full name and address and contact number of the principal group-member. Balance of the total is required 6 weeks before the date booked. If a booking is made within 6 weeks of the due date, the full amount is payable on booking.  We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee:- If a cancellation is made within 6 weeks of the arrival date we will retain 100% of the booking value. If we can subsequently re-let the dates, we will refund payment minus the non-refundable deposit.  If WE have to cancel a booking, all monies will be refunded.  Payment is accepted by cheque, cash, Paypal or direct eTransfer between Bank Accounts. Details will be agreed at time of booking.  All electricity, fuel oil, solid fuels (where applicable), towels and linen, use of wireless broadband are included in the price.  Bonn Na Cnoc is our holiday home. We ask that you treat it with respect. By all means make yourselves at home, but please leave the cottage in a condition in which you would be pleased to find it. Breakages and accidents DO happen - please tell us so that we can help put it right - if not for you, then for our next guests.  Bear in mind that Bonn Na Cnoc is completely non-smoking throughout. This includes the patio area and areas immediately adjacent to the building.  We do not allow pets.
